Answer - Yes you will have your own dedicated developer (s) in our office for your project. They will work in your offshore developers, like your house is on the team.

2) Will I have full control over the offshore developer to hire me from your company?
Answer - Yes, you will have full control over your developers through chat / e-mail and, most importantly, looking at their results by using our PMS. You can assign work to developers.

3) How to manage projects remotely and make a plan and time of delivery of the plan?
Answer - You will be the guest account on our PMS, where you can track and developer productivity.

4) What is the execution time required to build up resources?
Response - Building and downof resources will be carried out once a week notice

5) Do I have permission to add tasks and allocate tasks to the developers of PMS?
Answer - Yes, you have permission to do the same, or you can send us a problem, StartDate and EndDate in the same for each developer, and we can update our PMS, respectively.

6) When should I pay you?
Response - Invoices will be sent monthly, if your job more than a month. if it is short-term projects (less than a month) bills will be sent after the development.

7) How can we pay you?
Answer - We accept payment through bank transfers. But to pay for a month.

8) If I hire a developer for more than a year, how many holidays you have during the year, except for the weekend? And how goes the developer is allowed to take a year
Answer - There will be 12 holidays for the company, and 12 sheets allow designers a year.
